This Plastic Frame comes with 2 decal stickers with text on them at the top and bottom of the frame. The are 2 holes at the top of the frame for screws.
Also, it is worth noting that if you have decals at the bottom of your license plate, this frame may cover them up, because there are no cutouts at the bottom for decals.
