In terms of combining shipping cost, we base our shipping cost from the weight of the total order. Therefore, our customers are rewarded for buying more than one item, since the shipping cost is discounted as the weight goes up for each order.

:: Do you ship to addresses that are different than my billing address?

If you are paying via credit card, both the billing address and the shipping address must be on file with your credit card bank before we can ship out your order, due to security reasons.

If you are paying via PayPal, we only ship to the address that is verified with PayPal.

Copy of front and back of the credit card
Copy of front of the Driver's License or a state issued picture ID of the credit card owner
A statement reading, "I authorize The Cultural Exchange to ship my order to the following shipping address." Put the billing address and the Order ID number underneath the shipping address.
A handwritten signature from the credit card owner
