In terms of combining shipping cost, we base our shipping cost from the weight of the total order. Therefore, our customers are rewarded for buying more than one item, since the shipping cost is discounted as the weight goes up for each order.

A "Special Order" item is a product that needs to be acquired from the manufacturer or another warehouse, in the event that we don't have it in stock at our location. The special ordering process will extend the processing time of an order, and this extension will be show on the product details page of an item, and during the checkout/payment process of an order. Also, special order items cannot be rushed.
